5. We carefully and securely weld both ends of the chain together, adding a charm or connector if you select one.

No, we can safely apply jewelry to any age but we do suggest putting a clasp on some of our younger customers if they play competitive sports.

We guarantee the strength of the jump ring that is welded onto our chains. While we cannot guarantee that the chains themselves will never break, we stand by the quality of our work. If your chain does break, we can add another connection for you. If you have concerns about wear and tear, we can recommend more durable chain options for you.

If you need to remove your link, we recommend cutting it at the jump ring and saving it. For customers who have purchased their links from us, we offer free welding services. Simply contact us to schedule an appointment for reapplication. If you have a piece from another company, we can weld yours back on for a fee of $25.
